1998-1999 M. S. (Engineering Science), Louisiana State University Research Project: Neural Network Approach to Data Compression
Data compression and decompression were achieved with neural networks. Network was generated using MATLAB 5. Back Propagation and CC4 techniques are used. Neural network techniques are faster than conventional methods. Image and text compression were performed with a modification of CC4 neural network algorithm in C programming language.
1992-1994 M. S. (Power Electronics), Gulbarga University, India Research Project: Analysis of field oriented control of Induction Motors
Experimental data from Induction machines was generated and used as input to simulate induction machine model. TUTSIM simulation package was used. Single-phase inverter for gate drive circuit was designed and tested.
1987-1991 B. E. (Bachelors of Electronics Engineering), Bangalore University, India Research Project: Dynamic Code Phone System
8085 based control system that allows subscriber to enable and disable long-distance feature with control code and password. |

2008 - Current: Faculty, Computer and Information Systems, (RPCC) River Parishes Community College. Teaching Microsoft Office Suite 2007. Instructing students in classroom and lab environment using multimedia tools. Administering discussions, class materials etc. using Blackboard. Classes are taught using laptops and wireless internet connection.
2005 - 2007: ERA (Electronic Research Administration) Manager, Office of Sponsored Programs, LSU: Administer institutional access to sponsors. Liaison between administrators and developers implementing proposal routing system. Train users and develop training materials (Power Point, PDF) in using new electronic Sponsored Programs Systems (SPS) implemented. Generate reports for analysis using tools such as SAS/QMF/Access. Administered time and attendance of tutors. Trained tutors to assist students in different programming languages like C, C++ and Java.
