eBook Collections

Visit the eBook Collections page for links to thousands of ebooks from several ebook providers.  RPCC ebooks are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Students will be prompted to login with their Library User ID or Alt. ID, and PIN to access these ebooks from off-campus.

Films On Demand: Academic and Archival Films across all disciplines & Newsreels Collections.

JSTOR: The Scholarly Archive: articles from scholarly journals in the arts & sciences, humanities, business, etc.

LearningExpress PrepSTEP: Test preparation, computer skills, online learning, job skills. Practice tests, e-books, & more.

  • Khan Academy, offers interactive exercises, video tutorials, etc.; sign-up required, but it’s FREE!
  • TheMathPage, From Lawrence Spector, a Mathematics instructor at the Borough of Manhattan Community College/City University of New York. Offers courses in arithmetic, geometry, algebra, and more.
  • S.O.S. Mathematics, Created by 3 mathematics professors, this resource offers tutorials, practice tests, tables and a forum for users to post questions and problems.
  • TV411: Math, offers videos, web lessons, and printer-friendly documents.
  • Virtual Math Lab, From West Texas A&M University, this resource offers help with beginning, intermediate, and college algebra.
  • WebMATH, From Discovery Education, is a math help resource that can help students solve specific problems. It uses fill-in forms to input numbers, then explains the solution.
